DESCRIPTION
This course will explore the different types of property that can be insured together with the legal and moral obligations of landlords and tenants with the legislation relating to being an owner or landlord of property.
Policy wordings will be explored to determine what will be covered, alongside the typical extensions, exclusions, endorsements and warranties that may be applied.
Finally, the course will review the underwriters’ role and how they may approach a property risk.
